We build AI that goes into production, not slide decks

ElySpace builds AI systems for businesses in Kashmir and beyond: agents that do work, chatbots that answer from your own content, retrieval systems over your documents, and the integration that connects them to what you already run. We are not describing a capability we hope to have - we built and operate MagizAI, an AI chat and booking product with its own customers, from a real address in Baramulla.

What we actually build

Four kinds of work, and each one has its own page with the detail.

The services, plainly

AI agents

Software that completes a task rather than answering a question - triages a ticket, chases an unpaid invoice, qualifies a lead, moves a record between two systems. The useful ones are narrow and have permission to act. See our AI agent development page.

AI chatbots

An assistant trained on your own content that answers in the visitor's language, on your site and on WhatsApp, and hands over to a person when it should. This is the thing we have shipped most, because it is what MagizAI is.

RAG over your documents

Retrieval-augmented generation: the model answers from your documents rather than from what it absorbed in training. This is the difference between a confident wrong answer and a sourced right one, and most of the work is in the chunking.

Integration into what you run

The model is rarely the hard part. Connecting it to your billing system, your CRM, your inventory or your WHMCS install is where the time goes, and where a project succeeds or stalls.

Why ask us rather than an agency anywhere

Three reasons that are checkable, and one thing we will not claim.

What is different here

We ship and run a product

MagizAI is live, priced, and has customers - an AI chat, booking and live-chat platform with WhatsApp and Shopify integrations. You can sign up for it today. Most agencies selling AI development have a portfolio of other people's logos; we run the thing in production and carry the pager.

We already run the infrastructure

We have hosted websites and servers since 2016. An AI system is software that has to stay up, be backed up, hold data lawfully and survive a traffic spike - which is the job we were already doing before any of this was called AI.

We are here, and billed here

A real published address in Baramulla, invoices in rupees with GST, and a team in your timezone. That matters for a project that needs ten conversations rather than one.

What we will not tell you

That we are the first or the biggest AI company in Kashmir. We do not know that, nobody can check it, and at least one other company in Srinagar makes the same claim. We would rather you judged the product that is already running.

AI development in Kashmir: common questions

Yes. ElySpace builds AI agents, chatbots, retrieval systems and integrations from Baramulla in the Kashmir valley, and operates MagizAI, a live AI chat and booking product. There are a small number of other AI-related companies in Srinagar, mostly selling bespoke project work rather than running a product of their own.

The work that pays for itself is narrow and dull: answering the same enquiry at 2am, qualifying leads before a person sees them, pulling an answer out of a hundred-page policy document, moving data between two systems that do not talk. Building a general assistant that does everything is the project that never finishes.

No, but you need to know where it is. Most of a retrieval project is deciding which documents are authoritative and splitting them sensibly; a folder of forty PDFs where three contradict each other is a normal starting point and the contradictions are something the project has to resolve rather than ignore.

A chatbot trained on an existing website is days. An agent with permission to act inside your billing system is weeks, most of which is integration and testing rather than model work. Anything quoted in hours is either a template or has not been scoped.

It depends entirely on how many systems it has to touch, so we quote after a conversation rather than publishing a figure that would be wrong for most readers. What we can tell you is that the integration is usually the larger half of the bill, not the AI.

Yes, and usually we should. AI systems need somewhere with root access, a persistent process and real storage, which is a cloud server rather than shared hosting. We run that infrastructure already, so the build and the thing it runs on do not come from two different companies.

The services in detail

Each page covers one kind of work, what it is good for, and where it goes wrong.
