This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on elyspace.com and in our client area at my.elyspace.com, what each of them does, how long it lasts, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection page.
The names and durations below were taken from a scan of the site in a real browser on 18 September 2026, once for each consent choice. Where a third party documents a cookie we did not see set during that scan, we say so.
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. When you come back, the browser sends it to the site again, so the site can recognise the browser and remember things: that you are signed in, what is in your cart, which currency you chose.
Cookies are not the only technology that does this, and this policy covers all of them:
When this policy says “cookies”, it means all of these.
We sort everything on our site into four categories. The first is always on; the other three are used only if you agree.
These are set by elyspace.com and are not shared with anyone else.
Google Tag Manager is the container we use to load and manage Google tags on the site.
Google Analytics tells us how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, how people got here, what devices they use and where things go wrong.
Our Tag Manager container also includes a Google Ads tag (AW-359958342), which measures whether visits and orders came from our Google advertising.
The Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that you visited a page on our site. We use it to measure whether our advertising works and to show advertising to people who have looked at our services.
MagizAI is our AI chat assistant with handover to a person. The chat bubble appears only if you accept the support chat category.
Our Contact Us page can show a Google map of where we are. The map is not loaded until you press the button to load it, so nothing is sent to Google before you ask. When you do, your browser connects to Google, which may set its own cookies under Google’s policies.
Cloudflare sits in front of our site to protect it from attacks and to deliver it quickly. It sets no cookie on an ordinary visit. When it needs to check that traffic is not automated it may set __cf_bm (about 30 minutes), and if you complete a check, cf_clearance.
Our pages load their fonts, icons, scripts and images from elyspace.com itself. Until you accept a category above, no page of elyspace.com connects to another company’s server.
Our client area, billing and ticket system runs on separate software at my.elyspace.com.
At the time of writing, the client area also loads the Meta Pixel (setting _fbp), the MagizAI chat widget (setting ea_visitor_id), Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Sign-In and Google Fonts when a page opens, before asking for your consent. We are bringing the client area in line with the consent choices on elyspace.com, and this section will be updated when that is done.
If you arrive through a link from one of our affiliates, our billing system records who referred you, so that we can pay them commission if you buy something. The referral lasts 90 days, as stated in our Affiliate Terms of Service.
The first time you visit, we show a banner before any non-essential cookie is set. You can accept everything, reject everything, or choose category by category. Accept all and Reject all sit side by side, the same size, one click each.
Nothing in the analytics, support chat or advertising categories runs until you have made a choice. Until you choose, only strictly necessary cookies are used.
Your choice is stored in the es_consent cookie together with the date you made it. We ask again after six months, and sooner if what we use changes materially.
Refusing does not lock you out of anything. There is no part of our site you need to accept cookies to read.
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. It reopens the same controls with your current choices shown. Change whatever you like and save.
If you withdraw a category you had accepted, we tell Google’s and Meta’s tags that consent has been withdrawn and reload the page, so that nothing you refused keeps running. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, it is free, and it has no effect on your service, your account or your prices. It does not undo anything that was lawfully done while your consent was in place.
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of every non-essential category for that browser, and you do not have to do anything else. California residents should also see Your US state privacy rights.
You can also control cookies in your browser, independently of anything we do. Every major browser lets you see what is stored, delete it, block third-party cookies, or block cookies from particular sites. The controls are usually under Settings, then Privacy.
Two things worth knowing. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of our site and your client area from working; you will not be able to stay signed in. And browser settings are per browser and per device, so a change you make on your laptop does not carry over to your phone.
Deleting the es_consent cookie also deletes the record of your choices, so we will ask you again next time.
Google, Meta and MagizAI’s AI providers are established outside India, and information collected through their tags is processed in other countries, including the United States. When you accept those categories, that is part of what you are accepting. How we protect personal data sent abroad is set out in Sending your personal data to other countries in our Privacy Policy.
When you accept advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our advertising works. For the part of this where your data is collected on our site and sent to Meta, we and Meta are joint controllers, under Meta’s Business Tools Terms and Controller Addendum. For people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the Meta party is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; elsewhere it is Meta Platforms, Inc.
We are responsible for having a lawful basis for the collection and for giving you this information. Meta is responsible for what it does with the data afterwards and for answering your requests about that. You can exercise your data protection rights against either of us.
This policy covers elyspace.com and our client area. It does not cover the websites our customers host with us. Each of those sites belongs to the customer who runs it; they decide what cookies it sets and they are responsible for telling their own visitors about them. If you are a visitor to a site hosted by ElySpace, ask that site’s owner.
If you are one of our customers, you are responsible for the cookie notice and consent mechanism on your own site, and our Service Agreement requires you to comply with the law that applies to your visitors.
We review this policy at least once a year and whenever we add, remove or change a tag on our site. If we make a material change we will ask for your consent again where the change requires it. The date at the top tells you when it was last updated.
